1. Service Description

The Service uses AI-powered processing to convert uploaded bank statement PDFs into structured Excel files. We focus on security, accuracy, and speed; however, output quality may vary depending on document quality and formatting.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that you do not have the legal right to process.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process unlawful content.

4. Files, Data, and Privacy

Files you upload are processed to generate outputs and are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security, including encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data.

Operational and diagnostic use: We may process minimal metadata and limited samples of processing logs strictly for technical reasons, including to verify that the Service is functioning, to measure performance and reliability, to detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or service disruptions, and to improve accuracy through bug fixes and configuration tuning. We do not use your files or personal information to train machine learning models, and we do not use your data for any purpose that would reasonably be considered harmful or unrelated to providing the Service.

We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics (for example, service uptime, error rates, and feature adoption) that do not identify any individual or reveal the contents of any files. Such statistics may be used to analyze and improve the Service.

5. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

We may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Charges are managed by our payment processor. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless local law provides otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Service Availability and Support

We aim to provide continuous availability of the Service, subject to planned maintenance and emergency downtime. We may suspend access to perform maintenance or to address security, stability, or performance issues. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption. Certain features may be designated as beta or preview; such features are provided "AS IS," may change without notice, and may be discontinued at any time.

15. Third-Party Services and Subprocessors

We may engage carefully selected third parties (such as authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and payment providers) to support delivery of the Service. These providers act as our subprocessors and are contractually required to protect your information and process it only to provide their services to us. Details are described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent you use third-party services directly, their terms and policies govern your use of those services.

16. Compliance, Export, and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or jurisdiction subject to embargoes, sanctions, or similar restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Service.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
